Privacy Policy

Effective September 5, 2026

Queen of Heaven Publishers LLC operates onamissiontolove.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

We are a small publisher. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Information you give us

When you submit an institutional order request, you provide:

  • Your organization name
  • Your name, title or role, email address, and phone number
  • Billing address and shipping address
  • The titles and quantities you wish to order, and your requested delivery date
  • How you heard about us, if you choose to tell us
  • Any special instructions or questions you write
  • Your tax status, and, for Ohio nonprofit organizations, a completed Ohio Form STEC-B that you upload

You also confirm that your organization qualifies as a nonprofit and that you agree to our institutional pricing terms.

We also keep what you send us afterward. If you write, call, or otherwise get in touch about an order, we keep that correspondence as part of your record.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: the pages you view, the approximate region you are in, the type of browser and device you use, and the site that referred you. Our hosting provider compiles this into aggregate traffic statistics. We use it to understand which pages people read and to keep the site working. It does not identify you by name.

We do not run analytics services, and we do not track you across other websites.

What we do with it

We use the information you give us to confirm availability and pricing, prepare and send your invoice, ship your books, and keep the tax exemption records the State of Ohio requires us to keep. We contact you about your order using the email address or phone number you provide.

We also use it to stay in touch. When you place an order, you agree that we may contact you about:

  • New titles, promotions, and pricing offers that may interest your organization
  • Requests for your feedback on the books, on this website, and on what future products you may like to see us publish.

We write to the people who buy our books because they are the people most likely to want to hear from us. We do not buy or rent mailing lists, and we do not add you to anyone else’s.

How to stop all promotional messages

Reply to any promotional message from us with the word UNSUBSCRIBE, or write to us at the address at the end of this policy. We will remove you promptly and permanently. There is no charge, no form to fill in, and we will not ask you why.

You will still receive messages about an order you have placed: confirmations, invoices, and shipping notices.

Who else is involved

Running a website and shipping books means relying on other companies. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job.

  • Automattic, which hosts this website and provides its security scanning, backups, and traffic statistics
  • Automattic’s Akismet service, which checks form submissions for spam. To do that, it receives the content of the submission along with the sender’s email address and network address.
  • Our email provider, which delivers and stores the order messages you send us
  • The shipping carrier that carries your books, which receives your shipping address and your name. We choose the carrier order by order on price and delivery date, so the carrier is named in your tracking notice rather than here.

Institutional orders are invoiced and paid by check or bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards, so no payment processor is involved and we never receive or hold card details.

Where the information goes and how long we keep it

Order requests reach us by email. The service that delivers them keeps a short rolling log of subject lines, recipients, and dates. That log holds no message content and no order details.

Completed orders and their supporting documents, including exemption certificates, are kept for up to seven years. Each January we review the records and remove identifying information from every order older than six years.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. This site uses cookies that keep it working properly and that support the aggregate traffic statistics described above. We do not use third-party analytics services, we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not run advertising on this site.

Content from other services

Some pages display a feed of our Instagram posts. Loading that feed contacts Meta’s servers, which means Meta can see that your browser requested it, in the same way it would if you visited Instagram directly. We do not control what Meta does with that information.

Children

Our books are written for children, but this website is not directed to them. The institutional ordering process is for adults acting on behalf of an organization. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

We protect your information with the security measures our hosting provider makes available, including encrypted connections, daily backups, and automated security scanning. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices

Write to us at the address below to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will honor deletion requests except where tax or accounting rules require us to keep a record.

You can refuse cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page. The date at the top indicates when this version took effect.
